Zutaten

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 100 ml water
  • salt
  • some lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp roasted buckwheat
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of roasted oat flakes

Optional:

  • mix with a level tablespoon protein shake + 30 kcal

Zubereitung

  • Cook oatmeal in oat milk and water with a good pinch of salt. Stir constantly so that the starch can loosen from the oatmeal for it to become a creamy porridge.
  • Mix the porridge with a little lemon juice, roasted buckwheat, coconut oil and add a tablespoon of roasted oat flakes.
