- 40 g rolled oats
- 100 ml oat milk
- 100 ml water
- salt
- some lemon juice
- 1-2 tbsp roasted buckwheat
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp of roasted oat flakes
Optional:
- mix with a level tablespoon protein shake + 30 kcal
Cook oatmeal in oat milk and water with a good pinch of salt. Stir constantly so that the starch can loosen from the oatmeal for it to become a creamy porridge.
Mix the porridge with a little lemon juice, roasted buckwheat, coconut oil and add a tablespoon of roasted oat flakes.
