Zutaten
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml rice milk
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp warm water
Zubereitung
- Mix coconut milk and rice milk, then sweeten it with coconut blossom sugar. Add cardamom, salt, lemon juice and chia seeds and stir well.
- Pour into a glass and let it set for at least 2 hours (if you like, let it set overnight). In the beginning stir every now and then, so that the chia seeds are well distributed and swell optimally.
- In the morning clean the strawberries and mix with warm water. Serve with the chia pudding.
