CHIA COCONUT PUDDING

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 150 ml rice milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 pinch cardamom
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp warm water

Instructions

  • Mix coconut milk and rice milk, then sweeten it with coconut blossom sugar. Add cardamom, salt, lemon juice and chia seeds and stir well.
  • Pour into a glass and let it set for at least 2 hours (if you like, let it set overnight). In the beginning stir every now and then, so that the chia seeds are well distributed and swell optimally.
  • In the morning clean the strawberries and mix with warm water. Serve with the chia pudding.
