- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml rice milk
- 1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp warm water
Mix coconut milk and rice milk, then sweeten it with coconut blossom sugar. Add cardamom, salt, lemon juice and chia seeds and stir well.
Pour into a glass and let it set for at least 2 hours (if you like, let it set overnight). In the beginning stir every now and then, so that the chia seeds are well distributed and swell optimally.
In the morning clean the strawberries and mix with warm water. Serve with the chia pudding.
