Zutaten
- 300 g tart apples
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp warm water
- 50 g puffed amaranth
Zubereitung
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.
- Cook the apples in a saucepan until soft with 6 tablespoons of warm water, coconut oil, cinnamon stick, a pinch of salt and lemon juice and with the lid closed.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and puree the apple mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, just add 1 date (10 g / 30 kcal).
