FAST APPLE COMPOTE WITH AMARANTH POPS

Ingredients

  • 300 g tart apples
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp warm water
  • 50 g puffed amaranth

Instructions

  • Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into cubes.
  • Cook the apples in a saucepan until soft with 6 tablespoons of warm water, coconut oil, cinnamon stick, a pinch of salt and lemon juice and with the lid closed.
  • Remove the cinnamon stick and puree the apple mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, just add 1 date (10 g / 30 kcal).
